Sports Retail Sales Associate (Junior)

Our client is a well-known sports retail brand with a strong presence in Singapore.

Working Hours: Retail hours, based on roster
Location: IMM
Working Schedule: Must be willing to work weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve individual sales targets, KPIs and store performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Maintain product knowledge and recommend suitable, new, related or alternative products to customers.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment and sales floor management.
• Ensure products are properly checked, labelled, priced and displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor stock availability, product quality and sizes/styles on the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards.
• Operate retail POS systems and comply with company policies, safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
