Role Overview

You will play a key leadership role in driving the growth of the Wealth Banking business, leading a team of Relationship Managers to deliver strong sales performance while providing high‑quality, compliant financial advisory services. This role combines commercial leadership, people development, and governance excellence in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and growth of the Wealth Banking portfolio by leading and coaching a team of Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver strong client engagement, effective financial solutions, and sustainable revenue growth.

• Oversee service quality and operational effectiveness to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.

• Provide hands‑on leadership through coaching, performance management, and talent development.

• Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with the FAA and related regulations.

• Promote a strong risk, compliance, and governance culture within the team.

Job Requirements

• Degree from a recognised institution in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry, with a strong background in sales of financial and investment products.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team within a banking environment.

• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management requirements.

• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Results‑driven, client‑focused, and able to balance commercial outcomes with governance expectations.

• Champion responsible selling practices, ensuring all financial advice and product recommendations are aligned to customers’ needs, risk profiles, and suitability requirements, while meeting regulatory and ethical standards
