About this job
- Salary: $2,500- $3,400
- Mon to Friday 8am to 5pm (Alternate Saturday WFH 8am-12pm)
- Location: Penjuru Lane
- 2 way company transport provided @Jurong east
Job Responsibilities
- After receiving the customer’s order, issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm the order with the customer.
- Print the receipt & checklist and hand them to the relevant department to arrange .
- Monitor the vessel’s schedule to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and deliver on time.
- Assist the sales team in handling complaints .
- Collect signed receipts from relevant departments, and prepare documents to issue invoice for account dept.
- Responsible for purchasing provision/bonded stores for crew members.
- Responsible for customs clearance of spares parts and prepare shipping documents.
- Assist colleagues with other daily work.
