Responsibilities
- Serve customers attentively to meet company service standards
- Prepare bowls and smoothies accurately and efficiently
- Operate the POS system to process transactions correctly
- Monitor and manage inventory to maintain product availability at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid SFA Food Handling Certificate
