Project Engineer (Civil)

The individual is to support theplanning, coordination, and execution of civil and structural works for datacentre design and build projects. The role will involve working closely withconsultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure works arecarried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with projectspecifications and regulatory requirements.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist theProject Manager & Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, andsupervising civil and structural works on site.

2. Reviewdrawings, specifications, method statements, and construction documents toensure compliance with project requirements.

3. Coordinatewith consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve siteand technical issues.

4. Monitor siteprogress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings,specifications, schedule, and quality standards.

5. Prepare andsubmit site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other projectdocumentation.

6. Ensureproper coordination between civil, structural, architectural, M&E, andother trade works.

7. Conduct siteinspections and ensure works comply with safety, quality, and regulatoryrequirements.

8. Supportmaterial planning, delivery coordination, and site resource tracking.

9. Assist inreviewing subcontractor claims, variation works, and progress measurementswhere required.

10. Attend sitemeetings, coordination meetings, and inspections with clients, consultants, andsubcontractors.

11. Ensurecompliance with company EHS policies, MOM/WSH requirements, and project safetystandards.

JOBREQUIREMENT

· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience inconstruction projects.

· Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial,or large-scale building projects will be an advantage.

· Good knowledge of civil, structural, andarchitectural construction works.

· Able to read and interpret construction drawings,specifications, and technical documents.

· Good coordination, communication, andproblem-solving skills.

· Able to workindependently and under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
