Job Summary
As a Sales professional in Amstel’s Structured Products and AMC team, you will distribute investment solutions to institutional clients, develop client relationships, and contribute to commercial growth across APAC and the DIFC.
Responsibilities
- Distribute Structured Products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) to institutional clients across APAC and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to drive sales growth
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Identify, approach, and establish new relationships with prospective institutional clients independently to expand the client base
- Analyze client objectives and propose tailored investment solutions aligned with their needs
- Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive client presentations, investment proposals, and trade ideas to support sales efforts
- Coordinate pricing and product structuring with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure competitive and accurate offerings
- Execute transactions and oversee post-trade processes with accuracy and efficiency to maintain operational excellence
- Monitor financial markets to identify and capitalize on relevant product and business opportunities
- Actively contribute to the team’s commercial development and revenue growth through proactive engagement and collaboration
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong technical knowledge of Structured Products and derivatives to effectively support sales and client advisory activities
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Structured Products sales, structuring, derivatives, or investment solutions to perform core job functions
- Full professional proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in structuring or designing investment solutions to enhance product offering capabilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field to support technical understanding
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset to drive business development
- Confident and adaptable communication skills to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Arabic language skills as an advantage for potential client interactions in relevant markets
- Able to support immediate business development and customer engagement activities across APAC and the DIFC market.
- Knowledge of proprietary technology platforms
