Retail Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming shopping environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide a pleasant shopping experience.

• Assist with daily store operations and general retail activities.

• Maintain an organized, attractive, and customer-friendly store environment.

• Ensure merchandise, shelves, and product displays are clean, properly arranged, and in excellent condition.

• Perform cashier duties and handle customer transactions when required.

• Conduct stock counts, replenish merchandise, and support inventory control activities.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and a safe environment for customers and employees.

• Support the team with other store-related duties as required.

• Work according to the retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.

• Organized and attentive to detail.

• Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities.

• Flexible and comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
