Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions

· Preparation for project tender documents & contracts

· Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender

· Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms

· To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off, preparing BOM for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims

· Coordination with other departments and subcontractors

· Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying

· Min. 2 years’ relevant experience in construction industry

· Experienced in the field of aluminum windows and doors, metal wall claddings & glass curtain walls.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

· Responsible & meticulous
