STUDENT CARE CENTRE PRINCIPAL / VICE-PRINCIPAL

Position: Principal / Vice-Principal

Salary: S$3,200 – S$5,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Principal – Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the overall daily operations of the student care centre.

* Lead, supervise and manage teaching and administrative staff.

* Plan and implement student programmes and enrichment activities.

* Ensure students’ safety, discipline and well-being.

* Communicate professionally with parents and address feedback.

* Manage staff schedules, centre activities and daily operations.

* Monitor teaching quality and student development.

* Develop and maintain good relationships with parents and the community.

* Ensure the centre operates according to relevant requirements and policies.

* Drive enrolment, retention and overall centre performance.

Vice-Principal – Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Principal in managing the daily operations of the centre.

* Supervise teachers and support staff.

* Assist with student supervision, programmes and activities.

* Support communication with parents.

* Handle day-to-day operational matters in the Principal’s absence.

* Assist in maintaining discipline, safety and service standards.

* Support administrative and programme planning.

Requirements

* Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.

* Previous experience in student care, education, childcare or school operations.

* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Responsible, organised and able to manage a team.

* Passionate about working with primary school children.

* Able to work independently and take initiative.

Salary:

Vice-Principal: S$3,200–S$3,800/month

Principal: S$3,800–S$5,000/month

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
