Job Description:
* Support the enhancements and build of an efficient process flow to onboard specialists.
* Consolidate and clean HR data extracted from existing HR systems into a structured Excel master file
* Identify recurring manual processes within the Department for enhancements. Propose Excel- or VBA-based automation ideas to improve efficiency (no system configuration or policy work)
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Human Resources or similar w min relevant internship experience in HR
