QEHS Executive
About this job
We are seeking a proactive QEHS Executive to support safety, quality, and environmental standards within our Town Council cleaning operations, with a strong focus on safeguarding cleaners’ wellbeing across public housing estates. You will conduct site inspections, coordinate safety training, maintain QEHS documentation, and lead incident investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to work independently and with operational teams in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly inspections for all sites to ensure compliance to Safety and related guidelines.
- Organize training as required for all personnel relating to QEHS matters.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on the QEHS status to management for review and necessary actions.
- To review, administer & keep up to date in house related policies and procedures to related guidelines.
- Provide Site-level Document Control Support and Technical Expertise.
- Define, create, and maintain controlled documents and document control procedures.
- Maintain and keep up to date for all necessary records.
- Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
- Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct any non-compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management or related fields.
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
- WSQ Manage Work at Height would be advantageous.
- Possession of Class 2 or 3 license will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
