Account cum Admin [5 DAYS / KALLANG] (KCKC)

Location: 56 Kallang Pudding Road HH@ Kallang #01/06 s349328
Working Days: 5 Day A Week [ Monday - Friday]
Working hours : 9:00am -6:00pm
Salary : Up to $3500 [ depends on experience ]

Responsibilities

• Handle basic accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and office coordination.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day office operations.
• Support other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and/or administrative work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
