About this job
- Manage the daily operations of the spa and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, business contacts and external partners to generate new customer opportunities.
- Leverage existing client networks and industry contacts to attract new customers and grow the spa’s customer base.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, special offers and customer engagement activities.
- Develop and manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media and other promotional channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s customer reach.
- Monitor marketing performance, customer acquisition and sales results, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention.
