1. Handle full set of accounts & day-to-day operations which includes data entry of transactions into accounting system, record keeping, documents checking and maintaining statement of accounts reconciled & up to date.

2. Updating and monitoring of daily cash & bank transactions, balances and reconciliation.

3. Reconciling Card, Nets, wallet and all other receivable with subsequent realisation and charges debited by service provider there of

4. Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

5. Monitor and manage daily cash collection and bank deposit.

6. Review GL for accuracy and timeliness, General ledger maintenance and perform bank reconciliation.

7. Handle Petty Cash & Processing staff expense/medical claims and reimbursement.

8. Responsible for timely completion of day end / month end / year end closing activities.

9. Monitor and manage all expense payment on time & ensure sufficient balance in bank for all GIRO deductions and Cheque clearance.

10. Maintain proper filling and records

11. Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations, standards and practices

12. Ask for supplier and customer statement of account on quarterly basis and do reconciliation for transactions.

13. Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales tools and software.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
