Front of House (FOH) / Restaurant Service Executive– Leila Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• * Welcome and engage guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• * Manage reservations, seating, guest enquiries and front-of-house operations.
• * Maintain a polished and well-presented dining environment.
• * Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• * Promote menu items and support sales and revenue targets.
• * Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• * Handle POS transactions and basic cashiering duties.

Ideal Candidate

• * Energetic and outgoing .
• * Confident and naturally engaging with guests.
• * Presentable, well-groomed and professional.
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills specially handling Chinese speaking customer.
• * Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• * Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• * F&B / hospitality experience preferred.
• * Able to work night shifts, weekends & public holidays
• * Possess valid Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate (mandatory)

Incentive
