Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer

The Job:
This role reports to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for securing sales of security products & systems, achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration, and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects.

• Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications.
• Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.
• Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behavior.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Maintain an awareness of new developments in the industry.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
• With 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security.
• Preferably with project sales experience.
• Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth.
• Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-oriented.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset.
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is able to work in cross-functional teams.
