STEEL REINFORCEMENT WORKER

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Steel Reinforcement Workers to join our construction projects, performing installation and assembly of reinforcing steel bars to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install reinforcing steel bars precisely according to construction drawings to ensure structural integrity
• Cut, bend, and tie reinforcement bars accurately to prepare for concrete work
• Assemble reinforcement cages and mesh to specified dimensions and configurations
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently to maintain a safe work environment and project compliance
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with supervisors and other trades on site to support smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in steel reinforcement work
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings
• Ability to perform heavy physical work required on construction sites
• Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors
• Willingness to work overtime as project demands
