Deputy General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving business growth through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and operational excellence
• Lead daily management across departments to optimize efficiency and achieve performance targets
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals to enhance business outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery of objectives
• Monitor key operational metrics and initiate improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Represent the company in internal and external meetings to build relationships and support business initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• 2 to 8 years of management experience in similar roles
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated by managing teams and driving results
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities applied in high-pressure, multi-priority environments
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate within the company and with external stakeholders (additional languages are advantageous)
