Job Summary

Lead sales efforts to develop business and achieve targets across Singapore, driving client acquisition and relationship management in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across Singapore
• Actively identify and engage new clients to generate leads and close sales deals
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation to maximise sales outcomes
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales tactics and improve performance
• Utilise Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare sales reports and presentations
• Maintain organised, proactive work habits and perform effectively under pressure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support customer engagement
• Result-driven and organised approach to managing sales activities

Salary Package:

• $3,000 to $5,910 (Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission/Incentive); Renumeration Package from $45,630 to $ 88,650 (or higher)
