YANG GUANG RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-focused Sales & Quality Control Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.

This is a field-based position combining customer engagement, sales, project quality control and basic on-site content support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Attend to sales leads provided by the Company
• Conduct customer site visits and consultations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renovation solutions
• Follow up with potential customers and quotations
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects
• Identify additional sales opportunities from ongoing and existing customers
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Quality Control (QC)

• Visit ongoing and completed renovation projects
• Inspect workmanship and ensure Company quality standards are maintained
• Identify defects, incomplete work or areas requiring rectification
• Coordinate with workers and Management for necessary follow-up
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress and quality
• Conduct post-completion follow-ups and support customer satisfaction

Field & Project Support

• Travel between customer and project locations across Singapore
• Assist with worker/site coordination when required
• Support daily field operations
• Report project or customer issues promptly to Management

Basic Content Support

• Take before-and-after photos and videos at project sites
• Capture completed-project content
• Assist with customer testimonial/review videos where appropriate
• Provide real project content to support the Company's marketing activities

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Confident in meeting and communicating with customers
• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Comfortable travelling to different locations around Singapore
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and digital communication tools
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Renovation / construction / interior-related experience is an advantage
• Valid Singapore driving licence / own vehicle is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Schedule

Monday – Friday: Full Day
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Rest Day

This is primarily a field-based role involving customer appointments and project-site visits.

The position includes monthly sales and performance targets, which will be discussed clearly during the interview.

Probation

6-Month Probation Period

Performance will be reviewed based on overall responsibilities, including sales performance, customer handling, QC standards, follow-up, attendance and work attitude.
