Job Summary

Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and managing client accounts within the freight forwarding industry. Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with management to support operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding client accounts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service delivery
• Collaborate with management by contributing ideas to improve business processes and customer engagement
• Demonstrate self-motivation and work independently to meet sales and operational objectives
• Apply knowledge of the freight forwarding industry to provide informed solutions and support to clients
• Maintain a professional and humble demeanor to foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess own transport to facilitate client visits and business operations (preferred but not essential)
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma qualification

Other Information

• Location: Changi East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: Basic up to $3000 (depending on experience) plus Transport Allowance

Commission available for exceeding sales targets
