Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal.
• Be part of and/or take the lead in project management.
• Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the list ability of clients.
• Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals, and regulators.
• Supervise and guide associates in project execution.
• Assist in deal origination.
• Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
• Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
• Track record of completed transactions with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
