About the Role:

• The Management Associate Program is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build broad business exposure and develop practical workplace skills in a dynamic environment.
• This program offers hands-on experience across key business functions, including Human Resources, Sales, Learning & Development (L&D), and Partnerships, allowing candidates to gain cross-functional exposure while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.
• As a Management Associate, they will work closely with different teams, take part in structured training, and contribute to real business activities and projects that support both client engagement and organizational development.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day business operations across HR, Sales, L&D, and Partnerships
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR-related initiatives
• Participate in sales support activities, client engagement, and business development efforts
• Support training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Work on projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
• Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops
• Gain practical exposure to client portfolio management and relationship-building activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative support materials
• Take on ad hoc duties and projects as part of the development program

• Minimum local diploma required
