Quality Assurance Pharmacist | $4,000–$5,000 | Permanent Opportunity

📍 Location: Pandan Avenue
🚇 Nearest MRT: Clementi / Jurong East
🚌 Transport provided from Jurong East & Clementi MRT
🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm | Alternate Sat, 8.30am–12.30pm
💰 Salary: $4,000–$5,000/month

Controlled Drugs

• Act as the Controlled Drug Responsible Person

• Oversee receipt, storage, checking, distribution and disposal of Controlled Drugs

• Support CD-related operations, audits and regulatory requirements

GMP & Product Release

• Support final release of repacked therapeutic products as an Authorized Person / Delegated Authorized Person

• Participate in GMP-related activities

Quality Assurance

• Review environmental monitoring, calibration, mapping, pest control and cleaning records

• Investigate non-conformities, medication errors and near misses

• Participate in root cause analysis and report writing

• Review and update SOPs and work instructions

• Support quality improvement initiatives

Audit & Regulatory

• Support audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP and GDP

• Assist with therapeutic product and medical device registration

• Support quality and regulatory compliance activities

• Assist with sustainability and carbon footprint tracking

Training & Quality Systems

• Develop and update training materials

• Conduct initial and refresher training

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems
