Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough health assessments to ensure optimal patient care.
• Enhance patient experience by promoting continuity of care.
• Plan, implement, and monitor management of both acute and chronic treatment toxicity.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers throughout the continuum of care.
• Serve as an advocate for patients, upholding their rights and privacy.
• Ensure that all documentation adheres to current legislation and protocol requirements.
• Deliver care according to established protocols, which may include the preparation of IV lines and the administration of IV fluids.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience required.
• Previous experience in oncology nursing is essential.
• Valid certification issued by the appropriate regulatory body.
