Nutritionist Responsibilities & Duties
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, the importance of a balanced diet, and how to make healthier food choices
- Develop nutrition plans while taking into account the client’s budget and tastes
- Assess clients’ nutritional and health needs
- Evaluate if the meal plans have a positive effect on clients’ health
- Create educational material about healthy eating habits
- Read and contribute to the latest nutritional research
- Speak to groups about the importance of nutrition to prevent specific diseases
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of nutrition.
Nutritionist Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nutritionist
- Strong understanding of food science
- Ability to conduct and interpret nutrition-related research
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
