Marketing Coordinator | $3,500–$4,500 | 6-Month Contract | Insurance

📍 Location: Raffles
📄 Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension
💰 Salary: $3,500–$4,500/month
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.15pm

• Assist with planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

• Manage project timelines and follow up on deadlines

• Prepare reports, presentations and campaign performance summaries

• Support email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing and scheduling

• Create and adapt marketing materials for campaigns and events

• Work on social media graphics, email banners and PowerPoint templates using existing brand templates

• Perform basic design work such as resizing images, updating layouts and editing content

• Ensure creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and tracking invoices

• Provide logistical support for events, webinars and marketing activities
