HR Shared Services Executive | $3,600 | 1-Year Contract | Banking

📍 Location: Raffles Place

💰 Salary: Up to $3,600/month
🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 month upon successful completion
🌴 Annual Leave: 14 days/year
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Support smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities

• Manage onboarding administration, including employee screening, offer letters and employee declarations

• Initiate post-employment screening and highlight discrepancies to HR Business Partners

• Support staff movements including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment and cessation

• Manage relevant employee notifications and HR administrative processes

• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependants

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems

• Ensure proper and timely storage of employee documentation

• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries accurately and professionally

• Support ex-staff reference check processes

• Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc duties
