Job scope:
- Provide technical consultation and engineering solutions to customers, supporting pre- and post-sales activities.
- Work with sales teams, customers, principals, and suppliers to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training.
- Develop cost-effective engineering solutions and support projects from start to completion.
- Source products and suppliers while identifying market trends and new opportunities.
- Coordinate customer visits, quotations, technical support, and project documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
