Senior Instrument Engineer

Supervise, guide, and inspect the on-site installation, testing, and pre-commissioning of all field instruments.

• Manage the site acceptance testing (SAT), QA/QC inspections, and final handover/acceptance of instrumentation systems.

• Review technical drawings, data sheets, and vendor documentation to ensure alignment with process plant requirements.

• Act as the technical point of contact for PLC/DCS integration and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Process Plant Expertise: Solid understanding of process plant operations, piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and safety layouts.

• Control Systems: Proficient in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) architectures.

• Equipment Knowledge: Thorough familiarity with field instrument equipment (valves, transmitters, flowmeters, Esd Valve, etc.).

• Site Execution: Proven track record in managing on-site instrument installation, inspection, and formal project acceptance.

• Other Skills: Technical reporting, documentation, and cross-border client coordination.

• Background: Good in Instrumentation, Control, or Electrical Engineering, with prior experience in large-scale Oil & Gas / LNG EPC projects.
