Job Summary

You will leverage your technical business analysis skills to identify AI-driven automation opportunities, design AI prototypes, and support AI adoption across divisions, enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose AI-based automation solutions
• Design and support the development of AI prototypes to maximize adoption and integration success across divisions
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI projects, developing strategies to scale successful implementations
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to build AI literacy and promote safe, responsible AI tool adoption
• Track and report on AI initiative outcomes, including efficiency improvements and cost savings, to support long-term AI strategy
• Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation, and training materials to sustain process excellence
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to document findings and engage cross-functional teams
• Maintain structured, detail-oriented, and accountable work habits while collaborating humbly across teams
• Apply a good understanding of large language models (LLMs) to inform AI development initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Competency in Python programming to support AI prototype development
• Experience working in the public sector to navigate organizational contexts and stakeholder needs
• Keen interest in AI development to stay current with emerging technologies and trends
