Compliance & Operations Associate (Financial Industry, Institutional clients onboarding, $5k) (ID: 710772)

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day compliance tasks, including KYC/CDD, counterparty onboarding, and maintenance of regulatory records.
• Assist with regulatory filings, audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls.
• Support daily trading operations, including trade checks, reconciliations, and resolution of operational discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Assist with general office administration and process improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic track record, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior internship or experience in compliance, trading operations, or financial markets is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with data and technology; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with automation tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement, with the ability to address issues when necessary.
