YOUR NEW JOB

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll provide tailored financial advisory focused on insurance and liquidity planning for HNW Indonesian clients.
You’ll build relationships with bankers, generate client referrals, and drive the Indonesian market business growth.

This is a permanent full-time role, with an attractive first-dollar commission structure.
Based in Tanjong Pagar, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm - with some travel to Indonesia required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Advise clients on insurance and liquidity planning solutions
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with bankers
• Achieve agreed revenue targets annually
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and MAS regulations
• Conduct timely policy reviews and ongoing client servicing
• Collaborate in team meetings, client presentations, and compliance reviews

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 5–8 years of sales or relationship management experience in insurance or banking
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to client success
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Indonesian proficiency for internal & external stakeholder communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Previous experience handling HNW clientele
• Valid MAS license (or willingness to obtain)
