We are hiring 3 months Temp Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities
• Promote HealthHub app and assist patients to download the app.
• Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk, and educate them on mobile payment.
• Provide support as and when required.

Requirements:
- Minimum N/O/A level
• Prior customer service background is advantageous.
• Able to commit to shift work: Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 4pm / 8am – 4.30pm / 8.30am – 5pm, Saturday: 7.30am – 12pm / 8am – 12.30pm / 8.30am – 1pm
• Able to commit to contract Duration: 7 September – 27 November 2026, may extend further.
