Admin Associate (6 months; Changi Airport; UP$3800)

To provide administrative and operational support to the team

1. Reviewing and verifying invoices, and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Coordinating and following up with internal stakeholders and external parties (tenants/vendors) to obtain required inputs for various IT and administrative projects.
3. Publishing tenant circulars and communications via Salesforce.
4. Managing shared mailbox enquiries by monitoring incoming emails and responding to external stakeholders as appropriate.
5. Performing other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel
• Strong in administrative duties
