Radiographer (Office hours) #HJO

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols and procedures.
• Operate radiographic and imaging equipment safely and effectively to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients appropriately and select suitable imaging techniques based on examination requirements.
• Ensure radiation safety and protection measures are observed for patients, staff and members of the public.
• Assess image quality and ensure images are suitable for diagnostic interpretation.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during imaging procedures where required.
• Maintain proper infection control, workplace safety and cleanliness within the imaging department.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and departmental requirements.
• Work closely with radiologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care.
• Perform other radiography-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography / Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of radiation safety and imaging procedures.
• Able to operate radiographic equipment safely and confidently.
• Good patient care, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to patient identification, safety and image quality.
