Product Executive

The Role:

We are looking for a Product Executive to support our Product team in the planning, documentation, coordination, and delivery of digital product features.

The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across different teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, clarify, and organize product and business requirements.

• Prepare, update and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, user flows, and other product documentation as requirements evolve.

• Assist Product Managers in translating requirements into clear and actionable specifications for UI/UX Designers and Developers.

• Work closely with UI/UX and Development teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment during implementation.

• Follow up on development progress, outstanding issues, and dependencies to help keep projects on schedule.

• Conduct product testing and acceptance testing to ensure implemented features meet agreed requirements and expected user experience.

• Identify product issues, edge cases, and gaps during development and testing, and coordinate with relevant teams on resolution.

• Provide general operational and coordination support to Product Managers across ongoing product initiatives.
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualifications.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking internal/external stakeholders.

• Able to organize requirements and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up proactively, and keep documentation organized.

• Good attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, missing requirements, and edge cases.

• Basic understanding of software product development and how UI/UX, frontend, backend, and databases work together.

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development concepts.

• Comfortable working closely with Designers, Developers, and Product Managers in a fast-moving product environment.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a software, technology, mobile app, or digital product environment.

• Experience writing PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, or other product documentation.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar product and project management tools.

• Experience conducting functional testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Basic familiarity with concepts such as REST APIs, database tables, client-server architecture, and software development workflows.
