Job Description:
- Source for suppliers
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for ACMV services
- Prepare & submit tender documents within assigned deadline
- Pre & post project procurement
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, contractors
- Report to QS Manager
Job Requirements:
- Able to work well with tight deadlines
- Able to relate well with vendors
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in similar scope of work in ACMV is preferred
- Able to read ACMV drawings
- Knowledge in Quantity Surveying is a must
