Jobs Description

• Prepare technical proposal & cost estimation for project tenders
• Source for local/oversea suppliers, fabricators & sub-cons
• To prepare & submit progress claims, variation order &finalization of account
• To prepare & certify claims for suppliers and sub-contractors
• Develop, review and monitor the compliance of tender and contracts policy and guidelines, in line with the industry best practice
• Ensure all estimates provided are at a competitive level
• Prices/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Sourcing,evaluate and compare subcontractors’/suppliers’ quotation
• Liaise with client and other construction professionals, such assite managers, project managers and site engineers
• Ad hoc duties when assigned
  
  Requirement
  
• Min. Diploma in Building /Quantity Surveying /Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fresh Graduates also welcome
• Able to read construction, architectural & engineering drawings
• Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Ability to take -off quantity with accuracy
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently
