About this job
- Lead and supervise the nursing team, including staff rostering, onboarding, training and maintaining clinical standards.
- Conduct Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGA) and provide hands-on nursing care across both clinic and home-care settings.
- Independently perform clinical procedures including:IV therapy and IV antibioticsPICC line careWound careCatheterisationNG tube managementBlood takingInjections and vaccinationsECG
- Manage complex geriatric cases and act as the clinical escalation point for the nursing team.
- Coordinate patient care across doctors, nurses, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
- Oversee daily clinic nursing operations, including medications, medical supplies and equipment.
- Support the development and improvement of geriatric, community and home-care nursing services.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards and relevant nursing guidelines.
- Provide education and support to elderly patients, caregivers and family members.
