Social Media & Content Executive

About the Role:

Are you a versatile content creator who loves bringing brands to life? We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Brand Content Executive to function as a one-person in-house creative studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Content Creation: Script, shoot, host/direct, and edit high-engagement short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, Xiaohongshu) and static content.
• Social Media Management: Own the content calendars, write engaging copy/captions in both English and Chinese, and schedule posts across all active platforms.
• Creative Direction: Develop unique visual styles, hooks, and content pillars tailored to both a premium modern wellness brand and a heritage F&B brand.
• Trend Spotting: Actively monitor social media trends, viral audio, and F&B/wellness industry shifts to pivot content quickly.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to craft native captions and communicate authentic stories for our heritage brand.
• Hands-on Production Skills: Proficient in mobile/camera shooting and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro).
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing and growing business social media accounts (Please include a link to your portfolio, TikTok/IG handles, or past work in your application).
• Mindset: Independent, proactive, and organized. You are comfortable running your own timelines and managing two different brand voices simultaneously.
