About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our salon outlet. This role is ideal for an experienced beauty or salon professional who is passionate about team leadership, customer experience, and sales growth.
As the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving outlet performance, developing ahigh-performing team, maintaining excellent service standards, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the salon branch to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional outlet performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the salon team to achieve sales targets, productivity goals, and service excellence.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and individual performance, providing regular guidance, coaching, and support.
- Drive sales growth and revenue performance through effective sales planning, performance tracking, promotions, and customer retention strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, outlet presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and usage of salon products and supplies to ensure appropriate stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure all branch operations comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Prepare and monitor branch reports, sales performance, and operational updates to support business planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably within the salon, beauty, wellness, or related service industry.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Strong sales and commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer and operational issues confidently.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good administrative skills with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Customer-oriented with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a salon, beauty, aesthetic, or wellness outlet.
- Good knowledge of beauty services, salon products, and customer care practices.
- Experience in sales target management, team performance, and customer retention will be an added advantage.
