• · Prepare and analyze costcomparison
• · Obtaining quotations,liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• · Responsible for measuringquantities and taking off
• · Prepare Variation Orders,claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• · Strong understanding ofconstruction and engineering principles.
• · Proficiency in costestimation and quantity takeoff techniques.
• · Knowledge of relevantconstruction contracts and procurement processes.
• · Analytical skills toevaluate and manage project costs effectively.
• · Attention to detail toensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.

Job Requirement

• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in QS/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management
• Minimum diploma holder/ degree holder with 1 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or QS Consultancy in Civil Engineering & Construction industry
