Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Promote and propose airside HVAC solutions to building owners, consultants, and contractors.
• Drive airside sales growth and expand market penetration to increase overall market share.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Build strong business relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Maximize account penetration, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop suitable solutions for both existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain and update sales forecasts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Negotiate solutions and commercial value, overcome customer objections, and successfully close sales.
• Differentiate the company’s solutions and position them as the preferred supplier.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering sales.
• Experience in the HVAC industry will be an advantage.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
