Position : Operations Support Officer

Location: Tampines St 34

Contract Period: 17 September 2026 – 24 May 2027

Working Hours:

• * Mondays to Fridays: 6.30am to 3.45pm
• * Lunch Break: 45 minutes
• * Saturdays: Day Off

Salary: $2,080 per month

Job Scope

You will carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for events, and assist with any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and/or School Leaders. In addition, you may be required to assist in maintaining school security or operate and maintain equipment and materials.

Requirements:

• Able to perform operational duties that involve walking for extended periods and handling equipment and materials.
• Able to work early morning hours according to the school’s operational requirements.
• Able to support school events and carry out operational duties as required.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in operations, facilities support or logistics will be an advantage.
