Sales Executive (Factory Automation industry)

Responsibilities:

• Drive Economy Series sales growth through customer acquisition, territory planning, prospecting and product promotion.
• Manage new and existing accounts across the full sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, order follow-up and post-sales support.
• Identify cross-selling, up-selling and repeat-business opportunities to increase customer adoption and share of wallet.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and customer records while tracking performance against targets.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and other teams to improve sales conversion.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ B2B sales, business development, account management or field sales experience; industrial/MRO products experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting, customer acquisition, presentation, negotiation and account management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and resilient, with the ability to develop new business independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with OEMs, manufacturers or industrial customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce/CRM experience is advantageous.
• Experience in launching new products or growing product adoption is a plus.
