Retail sales associate

Retail Sales- Greet and serve walk‑in customers, understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

- Meet individual sales KPIs through upselling and cross‑selling.

- Operate POS system to complete payments, refunds and product exchanges.

- Arrange merchandise display, replenish stock and participate in inventory checks.

- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.

- Support in‑store promotional campaigns and keep the shop floor tidy.

Job Requirements

- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Comfortable with long‑hour standing work.

- Basic to good English proficiency; bilingual (English‑Chinese) is preferred.

- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage; fresh candidates are welcome.

- Experience in retail, fashion

Salary & Benefits (Singapore Market)

- Full‑time: SGD 2,800 ‑ 4,500 monthly plus sales commission and performance bonus.

- Part‑time: SGD 10‑12per hour.

- Entitled to CPF contribution, annual leave and staff purchase discount.
