Senior Exec / Assistant Manager (Partnership & Development) #HHW

Job Responsibilities:

• Build, nurture, and steward partnerships withcorporations, foundations, and community organisations.

• Craft compelling partnership proposals and negotiatewin-win agreements that drive real social impact.

• Track, review, and evaluate partnerships to ensurealignment with mission and strategic goals.

• Design engaging volunteer strategies that attract,inspire, and retain passionate individuals.

• Oversee the full volunteer journey such as recruitment,onboarding, training, deployment, and recognition.

• Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure alignmentwith organisational policies.

• Serve as the relationship manager for key donors andfundraising partners.

• Develop donor engagement plans and support fundraisingcampaigns and events through strong networks and relationships.

• Monitor fundraising outcomes and share insights andreports with leadership and the Board.

• Represent at meetings, events, and networkingopportunities with confidence and warmth.

• Develop clear and engaging communication materials forpartners and volunteers.

• Foster a collaborative, community-driven culture bothwithin and beyond the organisation.
