Equities Operations Analyst | 1-Year Contract | Central

About Our Client

Our client is a leading global financial services firm with a strong presence across international financial markets. They are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join their Global Markets Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and processing of financial market transactions.
• Review and verify trade information to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with resolving operational issues and exceptions.
• Work closely with Sales, Trading, Compliance, Middle Office and Settlements teams.
• Support risk management and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
• Assist with reporting and operational projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Banking or related fields.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; internship experience is welcome.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in financial markets and banking operations.
