Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, review, execute & monitor safe and effective training programs to assist members in achieving their individual fitness goals
• Responsible for designing new fitness programs
• Conduct periodic fitness assessments to members
• Monitor and ensure members safety and effective use of equipment
• Ensure equipment are kept up to standard for effective, safe, and clean usage
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets
• Ensure daily operational flow of the personal training department

Requirements:

• Must possess proven experience as a Personal Trainer for a minimum of 1 year.
• Must possess ACE certification or equivalent.
• Must provide referrals from the previous employer
• Sales orientated with good interpersonal skills are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
